Track. Fix. Scale.

The playbook we've run for UK Shopify brands. Same method, different shapes — from full-ecosystem builds to tracking-and-paid quick wins.

13 years. 96 five-star reviews on PeoplePerHour. The same Tracking-First Method, applied across UK Shopify brands and UK service businesses. Below: the named work, plus one anonymous flagship we can't quite name yet.

Flagship case

Home Build Doors.

The complete proposition, in one client.

Home Build Doors arrived with a Shopify store, an established product line, and a Google Ads spend that wasn't paying back. Tracking was incomplete, the campaigns were generic, and there were checkout edges only the development team understood — which made every paid click harder to attribute and harder to optimise.

Track.

We started with the data layer. GA4 and GTM rebuilt, Merchant Centre cleaned up, server-side tracking added where it actually mattered — so contribution profit could be seen at the SKU level. The first month wasn't about results. It was about being able to see them. Once the picture was honest, the Google Ads work could begin.

Fix.

Campaigns restructured around the products that actually paid back. The architecture rebuilt around contribution profit, not surface ROAS. Spend rerouted toward what worked, away from what didn't. Profitability followed — not by adding budget, but by routing the existing budget through campaigns engineered around margin.

Scale.

With paid firing, we expanded into Shopify development. Custom apps were built to handle the specific checkout logic the business needed — the kind of work most agencies subcontract or refuse. Ongoing Shopify dev support runs alongside ongoing Google Ads management. The relationship has compounded into the kind of integrated engagement most owner-operators have only ever had in pieces, from three different agencies.

Track. Fix. Scale. — the complete proposition, in one client.

The same method, different shapes.

Shopify · 2019

Maze Rattan

When Maze Rattan came to us, they sold exclusively through resellers. We built their direct-to-consumer Google Ads from a clean slate — campaigns engineered around the highest-margin SKUs, structured so paid spend funded the brand's first profitable DTC channel. First year on, Maze Rattan had done £3M in direct revenue. One of their major resellers went out of business that year — the knock-on of a brand learning to sell on its own. The Track. Fix. Scale. method is older than its name. This is what it looked like in 2019.

Shopify · ongoing

GH Leathers

An established Shopify brand with no Google Ads presence and no measurement to speak of. We built the data architecture before we built a single campaign. GA4, Merchant Centre, the full tracking layer — set up properly the first time. Then a clean Google Ads build, structured around the products that mattered most for contribution profit. The campaigns have been running and compounding ever since under our ongoing management. The "do it right from day one" version of Track. Fix. Scale.

Shopify · RV Astley

Lime Lace

Lime Lace is RV Astley's direct-to-consumer storefront — luxury home and garden, sold to a buyer who expects the catalogue to look like a magazine. The work was technical: full Google Ads build, Shopping campaigns, and Merchant Centre feed work that scales across the catalogue without losing the editorial feel of the brand. The setup runs alongside RV Astley's reseller network rather than competing with it — a quiet, profitable second channel that compounds without cannibalising the wholesale business. Technical depth in service of brand discipline.

Shopify · quick win

Baxter & Baxter

Bracelets, sold on Shopify, with a Google Ads account that had been running but never optimised properly. We ran Track. Fix. — tracking rebuilt, campaigns restructured around contribution profit. The quick-win shape of the engagement: tighter measurement, tighter spend, more revenue from the same audience. The next stage of the relationship — Scale — is what happens after the first round of optimisation has played out and there's a foundation worth building on top of.

Shopify · smaller scale

The Dodo Pad

A small Shopify business with charm, an established product, and a Google Ads account that wasn't pulling its weight. Track. Fix. — the first two steps. Tracking rebuilt, campaigns restructured, spend rerouted toward the SKUs that actually paid back. Smaller scale than most names on this page, and that's the point: the method works whether the brand is doing £500K or £5M. Profit per session is profit per session.

Shopify · jewellery · anonymous

A UK jewellery brand

We grew a UK jewellery brand from zero to a $35M exit before the brand was acquired and wound down. The acquisition terms keep the name discreet — but the playbook we ran is the same one we now run for every named client on this page. Track. Fix. Scale., applied with patience over years, ending in the kind of outcome owner-operators don't usually hit on Shopify.
